Recent Pictures of Elder Thurber currently serving in the Mission Office as one of the two Secretaries.

The first is Elder Thurber at work in the office. Then there are pictures of him with Elder Gilbert, Elder Barrola and of him and Robert Barajas a recent convert.

Today is Mother's Day so we get to talk to him this afternoon! I can hardly wait!!! He is doing well and is healthy. We miss him but are so proud of him.
Mending his pants, then playing chess with his current companion, Elder Holmes, then a picture from his district mtg. and then one of just him.

Some more pictures

The first picture is of a tired Elder after a long day in the office. Then at a district mtg. and then in a Book of Mormon Suit...I have no idea when they used that.

The last two pictures are first at a dinner appointment and last, relaxing after Stake Conference Mtgs.

Easter Egg Coloring at Grandma's April 2010

I realized I had not posted the pictures of coloring eggs with Bryce and Lara's children. So here they are.
Madison had to borrow a shirt from Uncle Adam so she wouldn't get her pretty dress stained with egg-dye. Redding wasn't quite sure about all of this.

You have to inspect the eggs don't you...?

Watch out Grandma...accidents do happen!

Below are pictures of my trip to Branson, Mo. and then Indiana April 2010.

I was so blessed to be able to go back to Branson with Adam's group LIGHT. I spent four and ahalf days with him and the other young people and adults of LIGHT. We had so much fun. We attended shows and we performed and competed. We had an amazing fireside in Branson on Sunday and then on Monday our last day we went to Liberty Jail and then the kids all flew home to Az. and I flew to Indiana to see Melanie and her family. I had not seen them for 9 long months. Below are some of the pictures of my trip. I am not good at putting things on here in the right order. Oh, well. The first picture is of me and my dear friend Patti who came down several times to Branson to see us and support us and hug us!!! Thank you Patti! I just wanted to share some pictures of the fun we had. First Indiana and then Branson.

This sweet little princess is Preslie. She is two.
This cute little boy is Ryan and he is 4 years old.
This handsome young man is Nathan.. he is 7 years old. He had been sick and did not feel well, but still took a picture with Grandma Diana.
This lovely lady is Maycie Anne who is now 9 years old.
Just some more pictures of my cute grandchildren. This is what Green is supposed to look like Arizona...It was so beautiful there.

Just some pictures of the fun we had in Branson with LIGHT.

I love these young people I get to work and associate with. They all have such strong testimonies and high standards and make me feel good when I am around them. They are great friends to Adam and we are both better people because of our time in LIGHT. On this trip we went to three different shows by LDS groups and/or families. "Six", "The Hughes Bros." and the Branson Belle Showboat. We ate well, played hard, and slept very little. But we had a wonderful time.

Liberty Jail just before we came home and after a two and a half hour testimony meeting on the busride from Branson.

These kids sang hymns while we stood by the jail looking in. It was such a sweet experience to share before we headed to the airport to go home. The spirit was so sweet there and listening to the group sing hymns touch all of our hearts.

LIGHT at "Mel's Hard Luck" Diner in Branson.

This place was so much fun. All the waiters and waitresses were wonderful singers and would take turns singing something from one of their albums. Two of them had been top ten of American Idol. It was great food and a lot of fun.
